2. Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Returnable ItemsTo ensure health, safety, and maximum funding for our cause, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened hygiene or medical products.
• Perishable goods or food items.
• Items marked as Final Sale or Donation Only.
• Gift cards or digital certificates.

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and send a replacement immediately.
• Change of Mind: For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. This helps us ensure that as much money as possible stays with the relief efforts at SOS Grande.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval. You can choose:

• A full refund to your original payment method.
• Store credit to use on future impact products.
• To convert your refund into an additional direct donation to SOS Grande (tax-deductible where applicable).
